About Me

Hi, My name is Sarah

I am a Bay Area native and identify as a white cis woman with Eastern European roots. I am also a yogi, a self taught herbalist and live in a body that experiences chronic pain and illness.

I received my B.A in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz (go slugs!) and my Masters in Somatic Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies.

I have many years of experience working with Autistic children and adolescents in the home and school settings, as a mentor for teens in the foster care system and as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

My path supporting others was inspired by my own personal struggles with a highly dysfunctional family system—evoking a longing for things to be different.

To this day, I believe my (ongoing) healing journey could not have been possible without the power of healthy, supportive relationships to help guide me back to myself and remind me of my own sense of agency and personal value.

I am here for you. My hope is to offer my clients the same level of care and support I received through my own healing endeavors.
